What we collect

Account details (name, email, password hash), business listing details you submit (company name, contact, GSTIN, address, photos, documents), billing details for invoices, enquiries and reviews you send, and basic usage analytics (page views, clicks, searches).

Public sources

Some company listings are compiled from publicly available business information. If you own such a listing you can claim, correct or request removal of it from the listing page.

How we use it

To run the directory, connect buyers and suppliers, send verification, invoice and service emails, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Uploaded verification documents are stored privately and deleted about 30 days after review.

Sharing

Listing details are public. We use service providers such as payment processing (Razorpay), email delivery, hosting and, if enabled, AI document reading. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can download your data or delete your account from your Billing page, or write to us at oxouracademy@gmail.com.
